This Privacy Policy explains how BeEasy LLC and its subsidiary BeEasy Contracting LLC ("BeEasy," "we," "us") collect, use, and protect information when you use the BeEasy Field application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
BeEasy Field is a business tool for contractors and their teams. It is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
When you sign up or build your profile, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business/company name, business address, contractor license number, and business tax identification number (EIN). This information identifies your account and powers your contractor profile, quotes, contracts, and customer-facing website.
As you use the Service you create records such as leads, customers, estimates, quotes, invoices, job notes, schedules, and signed documents. This may include contact details of your own clients that you choose to enter. You are responsible for having the right to store that information.
Payments are processed by our third-party processors Stripe and PayPal (including PayPal/Venmo). We do not store full card numbers on our servers — that data is handled directly by the processor. We retain transaction records (amounts, dates, status, processor IDs) needed to operate billing and payouts (EasyPay / Stripe Connect for subcontractor payments).
If you upload photos or documents (for example, job-site images, receipts, or your logo), we store them to display inside your account. With your permission, the app may access your device camera to capture these directly.
With your permission, the app may use your device's approximate or precise location to tag job sites and improve location-based features. You can decline this and still use the app.
We automatically collect basic technical data such as device type, app version, log events, and crash diagnostics to keep the Service reliable and secure.
If you enable them, we send push notifications about account activity, leads, payments, and job updates. You can turn these off in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, authenticated access controls, and provider-managed signing keys. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
We keep account and business records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal/tax requirements. You may request deletion (see below).
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. Contact us to exercise them.
To delete your account and associated data, email godskid585@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my BeEasy Field account" from your registered email address. We will verify and process the request, removing your personal data except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
